Niloofar Zarei Henzaki joined Humanitarian Peace Foundation as a Member of the Board in February 2021. Niloofar has been representing and working directly with non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and small businesses nationally and internationally for more than two years. Niloufar is an active member of the State Bar of California and a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association – Business and International Law Division. Her practice areas include non-profit and for-profit formation, domestic and international non-profit law, handling of governance matters, fundraising, new markets, historic tax credits, and expansion efforts through joint ventures, mergers, partnerships, and the formation of hybrid organizations. Niloofar holds a Master of International Business Law from Gould School of Law at USC, Los Angeles, CA, and a Bachelor of Law (Civil Law System) from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran.
